Ethics

Steal this wifi

Today I was driven to an article on time.com about wifi thieves. Point being on the ethics of using someone else’s wifi network.

I shall not make any comment on the subject, but instead leave you with some food for your mind:

“How many times have you stolen network connectivity, while feeling morally guilty?”

Again:

“How many times have you felt the same while stealing power from nearby power-plugs?”

And i answer with another question :)
How many times did you saw a sign saying you couldn’t use the wi-fi or connect to the local power-plug? :)

I kinda follow the same philosophy back in the days that i drove a car, if there’s no sign saying i cannot park, i will park it.
